Avoid clan hoppers/ player background check?

How can we have a background on a player we never met before? Each player should have it on his profile "how many clans" he's been in and how many wars he's abandoned in the past few days. Another idea is reputation points, you get points from people who like you for your behavior or dislike you for your rudeness in the community.

The whole thing is a really good idea and It would be awesome if we saw this in the game but there are a couple things that can be abused in this idea.

You could join a troll clan who gives you only negative points even though you didn't do anything and then your rep is ruined.

I think the idea just needs a couple touch ups to minimize the way that it can be abused.

While I don't think that they'll allow background checks in the near future, you could do small screening stuff like checking his own donation count or waiting 10+ minutes before accepting (hoppers would already be another clan). You could also kick people who request anything more expensive that a wizard or donate all giants to see if he'll stay. No big loss if he hops with giants.

I like the idea of being able to see how many OR which clans a person was in recently.

I do not like the idea of points system from other players. It has potential to be abused by obnoxious individuals who take joy in causing chaos.

I never thought of that. I agree the point system could be abused maybe there could be a different approach? Might I also add to the suggestion is "how many wars a player has participated in and attacks made".
