    Pro Dragons users needed!

Hello, so I'm currently TH9 with lvl3 dragons and max lvl rage spell, 4 slots for spells. Now, how can I get 3 stars using dragons? It takes me a lot of effort get 2 stars, you can't image how much cost me get 3 stars...
What spells do you use? I normally use 12 dragons(11+1 of my cc) and 4 rage spells(max lvl). But normally I get 2 or 1 stars(most of the time). So, I'm asking some tips to get 2 stars or 3.

Try Dragloon - use loons and a rage to destroy an airdefense while also luring CC, then attack with a V from that corner using 3 other rages when you hit the core/ or another air defense. Thats what i tend to do during clan wars and im th9 - usually a 2 star on premmie th10's

A lot of it is also picking the right targets. X-bows on ground, ADs at or near the outer rim of the base. Use rage to get your dragons to the ad, not to take them out. Nothing worse than having your dragons take forever on that 2016 HP storage while ADs pick em off. Dragloon works well, but I wouldn't bother with drawing out clan castle troops, just rage when the cc comes out.

If none of that is possible, there's always Hogs or GoWiPe.

Yes thank you. Maybe I'll try it. 4 balloons is enough? Also, I'm very carrefull choosing my bases to attack in cw, I always try the one who has the AD outside or near the outer.

***I'm a TH 8, so I'm speaking from my findings at this level. They may slightly differ for a TH 9, but it's still similar***
Dragloon is OK, I much prefer 8 Dragons and 20 Minions, or at your level, 8 dragons and 30 minions (?). I use the 20 minions to kill heroes, CC, and most importantly, destroy the outside buildings that lure the dragons around the base. Then with all that out of the way, I send my dragons in with Rage support. (I use 3 rage, you can try either 4 rage or 3 lightning one rage) And if I cleared the outside buildings well enough, my Dragons should go exactly where I want them too. I read a really good guide on this... I'll try and find it for you. Good luck!

ive tried using dragon-balloons and dragon-minions, but i find far more success destroying bases with just all dragons.
i'm only a town hall 8, so i only use 11 dragons and 3 rage spells. but you have 12 dragons and 4 rage spells, you should be able to 3* any town hall 9 with lvl 6 or lower AD and xbows on the ground. The two biggest parts of a mass dragon raid are 1-where/how you deploy and 2-when you use your spells.
1- depending on how you plan to use your heroes, i've found it usually works best to deploy all 12 dragons in the same spot, and it works best if you start in a corner. that way your dragons stay packed together much longer and rage spells will work on more dragons at once.
2- do not be in a rush to use all your spells. the first spell should come pretty soon, because all your dragons will be in one spot and you should have hopefully placed them near an air defense. make sure you lead the dragons on with the spell and try to cover where they currently are and where they will soon be going. you want them raged when they are attacking the core of the base, because often there is a small group of very strong buildings right there, mainly the town hall. you also want to save at least one rage, two if you feel your dragons are surviving well, to drop on the dragons as you see fit when they near a building that threatens them, such as an air defense or an archer tower.

the best way to get good at this is to practice in clan wars a bunch. if you are uneasy about attacking a base because you think it may be too strong, then attack someone lower and get the feel for it, then later decide if you can attack them or not. dragons will for sure get into the center of the base if you place them properly, and you can bet on 2 stars. if the base isnt too strong and you place those rage spells right, you should be getting 3 stars most of the time.

    good luck my friend.
