How is sub-200 farming right now? Any TH-9's or 10's there?

I saw the video of Phamily Shucks so I got interested in sub-200.... Is it really like he talked in the video? Are you also having luck there?
Also, are the loot penalties eliminated when you are sub-200? I heard that but I'm not sure if its true

Why would you go sub 200 with the loot boost for the next week? Go to 1400 if th8 or 1700 at th9 and everyone will stop collecting their collectors by Sunday. Their will be 400k loot available.

I have a friend in sub 200 finding nothing just collecting from his boosted collectors saving for L6 archers. I'm th9 near max defenses with max troops I usually farm around 1600 had great loot in the early mornings around 7am where all the collectors are full had a chance at 650k gold, 400k elixir, and 6.5k dark elixir today at th9! Obviously that's really rare because that's a crazy amount of loot over a 1m raid. I'm going up to crystal now to hopefully get some good loot from those higher farmers, hopefully I'll have luck in the morning

I made a thread on it a while ago. It has all the pros and cons there, I tried to go into as much detail as possible. But if you want a short answer, there are plenty of farmers to attack, loot is good and all, but it takes lots and lots of time.

Boost were started many days ago... There should be those bases that you are talking about available now... And I haven't even found anything
