As we have all seen most players go for TH upgrades but do not upgrade other buildings,
But there are still players who max out everything before TH upgrade
My idea is a kind on halo around upgradable buildings
- if there is enough resource
- if there is a builder free
- if the building is upgradable according to the current TH level
that would help a lot of us and we wont have to search for buildings to upgrade.
support this idea if you like it.

this is a helpful idea, not really a necessity but has its uses.

It's not that hard to click on something. If it has a red box at the bottom and says that you must be a higher townhall then you can't upgrade it.
