Player Search
I think that there should be a player search.
It would be where you click the trophy on the left side of your home base under your trophy count and there are 4 tabs there. League, Top Players, Top Clans, And Friends. There could be a fifth after friends titled "Player Search" You could just simply type in a players In Game Name and they (and other similar names) would pop up. It would also show their clan and their trophies. You could visit their base, view their profile, or view their clan. The steps are below.

1. Click the "Player Search" Tab
2. Type in the players In Game Name
3. Find them and view their profile, clan, or visit their base.

I would be happy to see this added (I voted "yes" above), but there may be privacy concerns. For example, a player joins a clan filled with bad actors, and quits. Should that clan be able to follow him around wherever he goes if they want? I can see all kinds of trolling and bad behavior resulting from this.

this idea is currently ruled out by supercell for the reasons stated above, please read the stickies before posting.

*Donating (or trading) resources or gems to (with) other players
*An exchange building to convert between elixir, gold, dark elixir, or gems
*Assign multiple builders to one build/upgrade
*Upgradeable builders’ huts – lvl 2 huts for a 5% time decrease?

you sould go to top players and at the bottom there should be 2: buttons clash friends and search player.

That is a great idea to block a player from searching you.

you have to really think about this, there is literally HUNDREDS of people with the EXACT same name.

Blocking searches? Bad idea. Can you imagine the amount of server storage that this would take up. Besides, all you have to do is ask someone else to search, then tell you the clan they're in.
