I decided to join my opponents clan with my second account and screenshot all their base layouts and send them to my clan members.

I thought it was pretty funny and it's their own fault for leaving their clan "open". This is way better than ghosting and it's not an exploit.

First off, I don't think this "tactic" the OP described is anything to be ashamed of. It's 100% the fault of the clan that allows themselves to be spied on. However, I wouldn't spy on an enemy clan personally because it's kind of a cheap shot imo and isn't as challenging/fun to war that way. Again, if someone chooses to try to spy and succeeds, all the power to them. My clan was spied on during our 2nd war right after CW's addition and learned from that mistake (still won that war though ). Any clan that is open during a war deserves to be spied on because they are asking for it.

I think it's funny it's assumed that I needed it to win. Not the case at all. Just pointing it out so incase your clan is open during war, that this can happen to you.

Being spied on sucks, but leaving the clan open for war is idiotic!!! Spies are part of ANY warfare. This is an exploitation of the clan, NOT the game.

I will say, we dont use spies, never will...because we wont need to or want to. But if you can find a clan dumb enough to leave the clan open...they deserve to be exploited. ESPECIALLY when a spy enters a clan...is then promoted (for no reason) and kicks everyone out. Has this happened before, well read on my friends:

I think the bigger question is that why do you have a second account? It says you are a lvl 61 so I assume thats your main account. With a lvl 61 account you should focus on that account only. You should only get a second account once you get good.

Not at all is it the same thing as ghosting. You are not manipulating anything about the games' features. Everything I did the game offers already.
