Take my Heroes out now!

I believe an option to take the heroes out while they are healing but they would only have the health that they currently have healed would increase the strategy for the game. For example if your hero is half healed then when you use the option and take in him/her out to action they will only have half of available health. But for defence they will continue to be healed if they are being healed. This option will not be available for defence, only for offense. I believe this option will make players think a lot more before using the option and especially for farmers it would be good to attack as soon as possible because they might not need a full health hero.
