new town hall level and/or modifier?

I believe that there should be a new town hall level 11 which also comes with new defense upgrades and a higher level laboratory which holds new troop upgrades. for example at town hall 11 I think all spells should get an increase on max level and maybe even level 7 troops. finally I believe there should be with town hall 11 and above (if this leads to more town hall upgrades) that you should be able to customize the look of the town hall. for example: color of town hall, town hall design(maybe give multiple town hall designs to choose from) this should also apply to building over level 5 (excluding collectors and mines)

Then nobody would know what level their defenses are! They could make a lv12 cannon like a lv1 so that when people attacked, they would get suprised and angry!

I like the idea of customizable buildings but it would be a breeding ground for trolls .

i understand that but what I meant was give different designs that are new and make sure that the defenses cant look like a lower lever.
