Question for high to mid champ league players

I know this will sound off and possibly a reach but, is there any chance that some players accounts find better cup offers? I search for 3-4 hours a night and I'm lucky to find a +12. I watch as others constanly find these huge trophy bases, it seems like its always the same people finding them too. So i got curious and asked a player that has a couple high level accounts, they stated that one account is definitely better at finding better offers. Just a shot in the dark here, let me know if others notice this too.
