So hard to get gold at TH9! HELP ME!!!

Hi! I'm a th9 and i'm in the phase that everything costs 5 milion gold + (people who are th 9 or passed from it know), and i'm getting realy frustrated because i need lots and lots of gold and when i search for a base worth for attacking ( 180k+ gold) i take a serious amount of time ( some times more than 15 minutes searching for that base) and spend up to 150-200 k gold to find the good base! So it's like i need that gold and i spend the precious gold to find a base that will in fact give me around 50k loot! Need help please!

HEY. I'M AT GOLDEN LEAGE 2!!

What trophy range are you farming in? That's the first thing. TH9 if gold is what you want then Gold2/1 is where you'll want to be at as there are plenty of juicy TH8's to tear apart for your liking.

From my experience Crystal is pretty terrible for gold (better for DE) so if you're up there it's no wonder it's costing you 100-200K+ and 50+ nexts to find a base. Great for upgrading dark troops and royals, and you may get the occasional gold/elix base as well but not nearly as good as G2/1 IMO.

Settle for lower amounts of gold per raid. I usually settle for 125k. You'll get to them faster and your gross will be about the same if not higher.

Sorry, I'm new to the forums but I'm in that stage too. I've found that it's all about what attack you use and what league you're in (barb-arch sometimes sucks because of how weak it is). I'm around 1300-1400 trophies and it's thin pickings in that range. You should try 1500-1800 trophies. There seems to be a lot of loot in that range and a lot of inactive people with filled collectors. I also suggest using an attack that will get you into deep layers for those tricky storages.

Then I would just go with what was said above. I started to settle for an easy 100k each. Try gold 1 as well, there is plenty of loot there.
