Get a few friends to join, people who will stick with you. then you can advertise in global chat with more confidence. DO NOT GIVE PEOPLE FREE STAFF POSITIONS. They will ask, and some of the people from global chat will leave after being denied staff, but they wouldn't have stayed anyway.
