How about the ability for the clan leader to be able to create simple polls, where clan member can vote on certain topics. The Leader would be the only member who would be able to create the polls and designate how long to keep the poll alive.

I love the idea! Sound like it will connect the clan more and also won't need all members online when needing to get all the Co-Leaders input.
