It's your money and ultimately your decision but since I hit TH7 I find their are sooooo many things to upgrade and if you're active enough to farm resources and keep all of your builders busy then it is worth it. It's also not that much money... At all
On the contrary, I've read posts from higher town hall guys that regret buying more builders as its "shortening the game" because essentially once you max everything the only thing left in the game is trophies.
However for me personally I want to get to TH9 rather quickly so I can partake in higher level game play.
But like I said - it's all up to you my friend
