I have all Elixir troops MAXED in lab and only lighting spell to be maxed
Dark elixir troops only Hog Riders are upgraded to lvl 2 others are below
My all Archer towers,cannons,Mortars,Wizard towers,Storages are MAXED according to TH8
My Hidden Teslas are lvl 3 and my air defences are lvl 5
I will upgraded all my walls to LVL 7 during upgrade to lvl 9 Town Hall
So should i upgrade or wait?
I think you are ready but you also should upgrade your teslas during the TH upgrade.
No your far from ready max your teslas and air defenses. get all lv 7 walls with at least 50 lv 8 walls.

Seems like 90% of the people who ask if they're ready to upgrade TH are nowhere close. If you have to ask, you're likely not ready...
At TH8 and above it is better to max EVERYTHING (no excuses, especially walls)

Just to give you an idea. This is my TH8 base. It is nearly maxed out except my bombs (level 4), my air bombs (level 2) and my Tesla's are level 5 and I still believe i'm not ready. I'd like some level 8 walls surrounding the center and i'd like the Teslas upgraded first too.
