What about a leaders hut in every village - only the leader and co's can enter and have private chat to discuss clan tactics, it can have a light on when leaders are in there so the rest of the clan can see.
the idea is nice but the core concept has been suggested many times, read the stickies. i think its ruled out or is in the frequently suggested.
