I wouldn't boost your drills even if they are maxed as its not a good roi. A single barracks or two boosted will easily make more than a day of boosts drill will. Boosting barracks and spells and queen is always good for hard core raiding sessions. Also geming lab time for farming troops can have a decent return if its one of your key troops like giants or barbs than it will allow you to farm at a faster rater for that whole time you gemmed it.
