In my opinion, it is not right to throw placements like #1, #2, and say that clans dropped because of a loss. In every clan war, we see a different version of that clan at war. Some versions of clans may be good on particular days, while some may be worse on other days. Keep in mind that these clan wars between extremely skilled clans are decided by a very few amount of stars. This particular was was decided by 4 attacks. In these cases, it is impossible to decide rigid rankings of clans over others because of a single loss. All of these top skilled war clans have good days and bad days, and if any of them were to have a series of wars against each other, none would be able to complete a clean sweep as of right now. So instead of putting top war clans into an imaginary ranking system, just determine the category of top war clans. There is no real ranking more accurate than that.

I can only say that you never attended any all th10s CW and you have no idea how difficult it is to 3 star a maxed base with solid layout. You probably don't know how to lure out cc on ITD and IIB's bases.

I surely understand this. In the last clan wars, IIB won the games by taking 3 star from level 9 bases of his opponents. But this time there is no TH9 again and IIB surly lose this game. This Chinese clan won double 3-stars!

One single matchup doesnt mean anything. They also beat 2 other top chinese clans which dont have th10s.

Also check out their war log and see how many th9s are there in the clans that they have been facing.

Can't believe iib only pulled out 3 triples, very unusual and unused attacks? Surely the missing attacks were because no one could figure out a 3 star strat in such a nailbiting war. No disrespect both clans are amazing and iib is still clearly top notch however I am curious was it the addition of skeleton traps that hurt your rate of 3* or was it their base design or both?
