How many maxed bases do you have in your clan, and how often do you change your bases?

Our clan has only 11 fully maxed bases. The rest are in various stages of completion. Many of our members have mixed lev 10 & 11 walls for instance.

We we change our bases on a fairly regular basis. Our war bases change constantly.

Are there any tips you could give me. Im running a th6-8 clan atm so far were doing good in our first war 17-22 four less attacks then opponent any clan war tips you could give?
