Teslas take forever to upgrade, start with them. In the free time farm so you'll have gold for walls and DE for the king.

Are the tesla and the giant bombs at the bottom intended to stop wallbreakers?

If someone is able to poke a hole through the bottom corner and take out the two wiz twrs and three mortars with giants, they will have access to all your gold and your de unless the teslas behind the de can do their job. If the bottom tesla is intended to prevent wallbreakers from punching a hole in the bottom, they are pretty much your first and last line of defense. I would probably make upgrading them a priority.
