If I have 4 hours left on dragons upgrading to level 3 and i train 3 dragons will they switch to level 3 or stay level 2?
If I have 4 hours left on dragons upgrading to level 3 and i train 3 dragons will they switch to level 3 or stay level 2?
They will pop to Level 3

interestingly enough, if your camps are full, you can queue up all dragons in all your barracks (at a cost of 30k each for lvl 2). Then when the upgrade finishes, UN-queue your dragons out of your barracks and you'll be refunded the cost of the lvl 3 dragons (36k elix) making you a small, minor elixir profit.
