Agreed. I think there should be a feature that enables the clan leader to choose certain settings. I.e if Elders can kick etc.

This is much needed! The current space for clan info is way too small and inadequate to convey all the clan rules.
PLEASE SUPERCELL add this feature or remove the current limit on the clan description.

Don't just double it, we need room for general clan rules as well as clan war rules. These can be quite lengthy and there is not good place to create and communicate this within the game.
