Well I would Prefer to see maxed out teslas, archer towers, and be somewhere CLOSE on walls...( like say 1/2 Skullies and 1/2 purple...)

Now that may take some time, but well worth it... so keep using barch and with the loot bonus for attacking higher Town Halls you will be there in no time...

Dont be that guy with a Town Hall 10 and level 7 walls...Because I am a Town Hall 9 and I eat Premies like that for breakfast!

what are you looking for in TH9?

if it's for the xbows then forget it, you will be farmed for 350K when you save for xbows

if it's for lv.6 troop and AQ, well you need so much elixir and DE, you won't able to afford them yet

If your farming army is maxed and army camp, then you can goto TH9 as very premmie.

However, I suggest not to, but upgrade these:
- Tesla too weak.
- Giant bomb at least L3
- Splash (mortar and WT) max it
- AT at least L9. Better max.
- Cannon at least L9. Better max also.
- AD ?
