^Please don't bold your entire reply, it's very loud. Witches may be decent as it is effectively infinite distraction, and the only counter to dragon would be LOTS of distraction to tank for your AD. Archers/wiz all gets hammered as they clump up and gets kill from splash damage.

Well, since you are only a th7, there is nothing you can do to defend against a mass dragon attack. They lightning one of your air defenses and put their dragons closest to the next one and it is an automatic 3 star. That being said, it does not matter what you have in your clan castle, so just ask for anything rather than have your clanmates spend a lot of elixir or dark elixir on a dragon or witch that will not prevent totally annihilation of your poor village...

IMHO empty castle is the best anti dragon defense. This sounds strange but, as attacker, I'm using the CC to lure my dragons into the base as dragons will try to kill those troops.
I don't remember a single time when CC troops (including lvl 6 wizards) made any significant damage to 11 raging dragons .

Unfortunately, if the attacker checks, they will see that your CC is empty before they raid.

So yeah, I guess a dragon, with anything that's a different speed, is probably best. And yeah, mass dragons vs TH7, you are likely to get wiped regardless.

Wizards would be a great use but Dragon(s) in your clan castle would be the best choice. If you have a clan castle lv 4+, have a lv3+ dragon with some wizards to help your dragon.

If u have 25 space in ur CC ask for 1 dragon , 2 lvl 4+ wizards, and an archer. While the dragons are busy with CC dragon ur wiz r splash damge so within around 4 to 5 hits their dragon will be gone. But sometime the attackers use their brains and lure out the CC troops and then deploy their dragon.
