[TheHulkFiles] Strategy: HoLoWiWi - A TH9 Base 3 Star Exploit

Just tried my first holowiwi.. and i got 66% 1 star..
Its a hog ring base with teslas inside..
Used 20 loons 20 hogs 2 witch 4 wiz and cc hog lv5
No heroes, both are on perma upgrade

I forgot to clean up all towers outside, there were some cannons left, so the hog went to the wrong direction when i tried to lure the cc..

To make matters worse, the cc was all archers..
I ran out of hogs by the time i need to clean up the center..

There were only like 13-14 hogs left, i guess this wasnt enough..
Another mistake that i made, one of the witch got killed cause i took her out too early..
Its certainly not easy, but its got potental..
i think i'll stick with all drags until i have lv5 hogs

I started reading this thread a few days ago and loved the strategy. I made a few HoLoWiWi armies but couldn't find the right bases to practise on so decided to give it another go after our war.

Because I was concentrating on looking for bases etc. I neglected to look at my own war base closely enough....until it was too late.

I have a fully maxed TH9 base and now just farming legos. Most wars I either defend or don't get attacked at all. I have an anti hog ring but not one of the better known ones.

Just after prep day finished I'm looking at my base and I think "Oh cr@p - this is a perfect HoLoWiWi base". I thought it might be ok because for 23 hours and 57 minutes my base was untouched. But then it happened. I saw their no3 with hogs & loons in his barracks & I knew what was about to happen. Sure enough he 3 starred me with a great HoLoWiWi attack. It broke my heart

So thanks very much for sharing your knowledge, and damn you for sharing your knowledge before I had a chance to change my base

the same thing happened to me when I first started reading this thread. My base had defended perfectly for 4 wars, and I had convinced other clan mates to try it out with little adjustments so there weren't a bunch of identical bases. Luckily, I realized my base was the easiest holowiwi base ever created and changed it. However, my clan mates with their new versions didn't get the message in time and were all 3 starred. Oops, my b guys! Ha -

What about low level hogs? Mine are currently going to lvl3 (never used them :/). Are maxed hogs required?

Third attempt and went against a near maxxed bacon. Had placed the telsas on the edge of three walls seriously messing up my loons pathing. In addition the ADs were pushed to the edge of the central box putting all four in play. Wouldve still been an easy 2 star if the center didn't have a double giant. Managed one star and will keep on learning. Thanks for the guide.

Yea we went up against the anti holo baconmaker last war, if i wasnt at work and had more then 1 min reception every 20 mins i could probably of found a hog path. I will look into on my days off because it is hoggable.

Adding this recap to the pile for anyone trying to develop these attacks.

#1) These were NOT 3* attacks, these are diagnostic videos I recorded to analyze to see where we went wrong and how we can improve.

#2) We have the planning part down - it's the execution we're still working on...remember Time is your enemy with this strategy.

Yo, Hulk! Just wanted to tell you that this is brilliant, thanks very much for sharing your knowledge.
Here is the point. I'd like to try this strategy, but I'm afraid to try it right away in cw without ever testing it. So here I am, asking for help and tips from all the members and experienced players. How do I attack these base? Got max troops and potions for a TH9.

For this one I'm sure to attack it with HoLo

So, we are matched with a Russian clan . They have 49 wins and from number 9 - 33 are all HoLo bases. Im trying to convince my clanmates to use this strategy. I definatly will hopefully some of my mates too.
