I've been using BAG ever since I started TH6 and I've been doing very well with it, but now, as a maxed TH7, I'm wondering if it will be more efficient to start barching..the goblins never really do that much for me and they just take more time. If I should switch to barch then what army comp should I use? (200 troop space)

60-80 Barbs and the rest are archers. You could mix some WBs with 'em too.

Why not combine the two?
Use a 'barch' style, but drop 20 odd barbs for goblins, you'd be surprised how much more flexible your raids can be that way.

Both have ups and downs, if you're seeing more collector bases use BARCH

Barch is better for loot raids because Goblins get killed really easy to kill and are underpowered when you get to Th 7+
