As a TH8 should I be so concerned about being destroyed by th9s and 10s? Cause it happens and I'm beginning to think that nothing i do can prevent it. Please respond
TH10 has a 50% loot penalty on you so it's not too bad even if they completely destroy your base. Decent TH9 armies won't have too much trouble to get 2 stars out of TH8 bases too but if your defense towers have more than 2 levels of upgrade possible, you should be a bit worried and upgrade those towers

Against a strong army with Giants at maxed level, carrying maxed Rage with the Queen in the back... you don't stand a chance. That's a two star and your dark elixir at minimum on a maxed Town Hall 8.
Revenge troops... 3 stars definitly.
But making your town look unfriendly to Barch is certainly possible. Town Hall outside and see what comes first. When I had maxed splash at 8 it was almost always a sniper.
Any decent army at th 9 will 2-3 star you with ease. Like some other people said dont worry too much about th 10s because of the 50% loot penalty they get. Attacking is something thats part of the game so whatever happens farm on
Just keep your resources low, and put your TH outside because we TH9s are such bullies.

We always worry about higher level town halls, but honestly you shouldn't. No matter what the base you will always be 100%ed or get all your resources taken once in a while. The best thing to do is just not worry about and just farm everything you lost back. Everything you lose can be easily regained in 2-3 raids sometimes in 1 raid.
