I tried it at th7. Pretty good, but you need to be active for a couple of hours at a time. And a lot of patience to get down low, it takes a while. I prefer farming around. 1200-1800, but sub 200 was good in the past.
Buy bloodborne on the ps4. Don't ask questions. Just do it.
Be active for a couple of hours and jackpot! Attack anything over 20K. I started at 1.4 mil and got 2.6 mil.

I went down there about a month ago as a TH 7, I didn't find jack sh*t. Really people just go down there if a) their base can't hold up b) they're not very active and live off mines and pumps and/or c) they just suck at raiding and can't get any loot in higher leagues.
You didn't find anything because you don't know what you are doing.
It's not a magical land of 100k+ raids with every click of the 'Next'. The idea is blitzkrieg style raids. Anything over 20k or so, drop some gobs, attack to 39% and run. You should be averaging one attack per minute.
If you average 25k per minute, that is 1.5 million per hour. And that's just average. You can normally do way better than that.
When I need to max my walls i am going to try this.
