If the opponent has balloons in his CC and I am also going for a full balloon attack, then will his balloons be able to harm my balloons?
Never experienced balloons in CC, but the opponents seems to have it.

I've never really thought about this... but my opinion would be NO, for the reason that balloons normally only attack ground.
I'll be interested to see what the actual verdict is...

what happened is, the balloon in his cc troop won't even come out. I have seen where only have val in the cc troop, and you go with full air attack, the val won't even come out until you drop the heroes close to the cc.
The balloon is the only troop in CoC that can not attack itself when defending a village. Balloons are an air troop that only attacks ground units.

If you go on the CoC wiki, it says that balloons are the only troop not able to harm themselves.

Yup, as the others said, the balloons wont even come out as they only attack ground troops.
The general rule is that if a CC unit can't attack the opponent's units, they won't come out at all. So nothing comes out of a CC in an all air raid if the CC has barbs, gobs, giants, wbs, balloons, pekka, golem, valk, or hog rider.

Tried and tested.
As everybody correctly posted, nothing came out. Destroyed CC and then deployed ground troops. Didn't have to deal with CC in this war.
