Farming help please!

I'm from the UK and know how to farm. Last week I was getting about 2-3 Million of each resource a day buy finding bases with full resource collectors. However recently I have found it increasingly difficult to find bases with high gold and elixir ever since Friday. Can someone tell me what's the best time to farm and if this problem will go away, becoming difficult to farm and progress.

You shouldn't be relying on collector bases if you are not a hardcore farmer gaining more than 5-6 million a day. Train up a stronger army, such as balloonion, go a bit higher in leagues and attack storage bases. You can attack every 40 minutes or shorter with a proper ballonion army and if you do that throughout the day, you should be gaining much more than you used to.

You should read my thread on the best time to farm. Basically it's when the most amount of people are asleep, or have just gone to sleep. Since you're from the UK it's a bit harder for you since you are in the middle of Asia and the United states, but I think it would still work if you started farming either right when Japan goes to sleep (and right after China and India will go to sleep). OR farm right before the US wakes up. So farm in the evening
