How to get my walls leveled up?

Hi, I'm relatively new here, but I'm not exactly new to Clash of Clans.
I'm currently TH7 with 102 level 5 walls and 54 level 4 walls that need upgrading to level 6.
That means I need 1.62 million gold to get the rest of my level 4's to level 5, and then 10.92 million gold to get my level 5's all to level 6.

All but one of my pumps and mines are level 10, the two that aren't being level 8 because I'm too frugal to waste a builder for two days upgrading them to level 9. One of my mines is currently being upgraded to level 11 also.

I wish to get a good amount of level 6 walls in the quickest way possible without using gems. So far I've been barching at Silver II, as I currently have 1195 trophies, but is there a better way to doing it other than barching or are there any tips to barching better?

I'm currently using level 3 barbarians and level 3 archers. I spawn a line of barbarians on two sides of the base, send in my archers behind them, and then repeat once more for the rest of my barbarians and archers. My base currently has 170 slots open, therefore I usually take 85 of each, which usually takes me about 20 minutes to train. I do not use any spells.

My main concern is gold and somewhat elixir, but not Dark Elixir, which is a pain to get.

Just keep farming, it takes an very long time to max your walls.

I made a ton more loot in silver 1 and gold 3.

I used BAG for collector raids and boosted the barracks. I was able to finish off level 7 walls in a few days.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't leave TH7 until all walls are maxed, but it's your game.

The fact is however, I'm reluctant to use my gems when I'm so close to my fourth builder hut. I've made about a million gold in about 3-4 hours with BARCH. I don't like using BAG because it takes a bit longer in training, and I only have 170 troop placements. Is using BAG a more efficient strategy? Also, are more collector raids found at Silver 1 or Gold 3?

It's just the nature of the game. Lots of grinding. Make sure you're hitting towns with more than $150k gold if you use your full army. Just FYI, the amount of gold you're talking about is very small. In CoC terms, we measure gold in hundreds of millions, not tens of millions. Many mature TH8 are around 150-250m gold grab.

I'm currently pushing to 1250 so I can get my 4th builder hut. I was just wondering because there apparently is a guy in my clan who got the level 6 walls done in about 3-4 days.

Yeah I pretty much figured that in later Town Hall levels it takes an obscene amount of gold. But with my currently weak setup I'm anxious to get higher leveled walls since I rushed through my TH6 as soon as I got it. It wasn't the smartest of moves maybe, but TH6 had nothing of value to me. The thing about using BARCH is that the amount of towns with 150k gold at Silver II are few and far in between. On top of that BARCH is rarely, if ever effective on storage raids, which most of them seem to be.

Get your barbs and archers up to 4, switch to the "One Ring" base, be ready to lose some trophies for good loot (remember, sniping!), and that's all that you should do for the time being.

Also, get your army camps to max. You're likely going to need a lot more than 3 weeks, and it's worth it.

I'm reluctant to lose trophies because then I lose easy access to bases with tons of resources in the higher leagues.

Just go for collector raids when you farm, you can usually get anywhere from 100k-250k per attack very easily if you raid inactive bases! i remember the struggle when I first started farming walls, but now I am on Level 8 Skulls, and I usually get 4 new walls a day!
