I have now holidays and i dont have wlan for my iphone and i have only my laptopt with internet and i want to know: Can i play Clash of clans on pc (ios). I have seen by my friend he playing Clash of clans on laptop, but for Andriod.

As already stated, it's not legitimately possible if you are to conform to supercell's terms of service/conditions.

It's possible, yes. But you shouldn't do it, it breaks the TOS and you may be banned if reported, or ♥♥♥♥ed, as there is minimum security for account access on PC.
