Max th8 going to th9, first upgrades?

Hey guys, so i am a maxed th8(50% of walls to lv8 done only) goin to th9. i need some advice on what my first upgrades should be, Currently i am maxing out gold so i can put up 2 xbows right away. Maxing elixir so i can upgrade spell factory and lab right away, and saving around 65k de to build aw and take to lv2. Where should i go from here?

40,000 dark for the Archer Queen is a must, instant buy, no build time, save the dark before you will have other priorities once you hit TH9. I saved the 65 dark for the AQ to level 2 to start. Getting AQ to level 5 makes a big difference.

Start with lab upgrade, you want level 6 troops as soon as possible,
Defense: if you can 2 Xbow's save 1 builder to get the new Tesla, Archer Tower, Air Defense, wizard tower and wall on the map and upgrading, use other builders for what you mentioned

Don't forget the extra seeking air mines.

Barrack upgrades are good too, extra troops always help.

I moved up to TH9 about 3-4 weeks ago.

I just got to TH9 a few days ago, here's what I did. I bought all the instant buildings and traps, including the AQ. Bought my 25 walls and got them to lvl 6. Started my first X-bow, and then my second about 5 hours later after I farmed another 3mil, built my new drill, upgraded my AQ to lvl 2, started upgrading an army camp and my lvl 1 drill.

You can visit me if you want to see what I'm currently upgrading, but in a few hours my lab will finish upgrading my heal spell and then I will start upgrading the building itself. I had started my heal spell upgrade a few days before my TH completed and didn't want to waste like 3 days of upgrading time. I'll upgrade my Clan Castle after that and then continue to upgrade the new tesla, air defense, archer tower, and wizard tower before upgrading any defensive building to max.
