planning for inactive times

Hi,i'm an early/premmie th9,I'm going to be out of coc for a few months starting from 2 months later (logging in occasionally and keeping builders busy and attacking once or twice a day),i had two options in front of mein both I Will max my collectors,drills and mines first)
option 1)
keep maxing my th9 starting from small upgrades and trying to spend my resources quickly,my xbows are going to protect my base well but when the time comes for big upgrades my resources will be stolen more often and I will run into some problems.
option 2)upgrade my th to 10,build inferno towers to protect my resources with these towers nobody will attack me and I can protect all my resources completely well even when my resources are alot but i cannot do get any loot.

so which one do you recommend?i must also say that gemming is not an option for me and i can't buy shields,etc...

If you are a premmie th9, I would not suggest going to th10. Just spend as much as possible and leave you th outside for free shields. If you go to th10 and you are already a premmie th9, there will be hell to pay when you return I'm sure.

Protect your collectors, leave your storage outside your base.

Collect your resources as often as you can and try to do what you can with the loot (~500k per 24 hour period of both).

Dump excess gold into walls.

I thought staying at gold 3/2 and having 2infernos and 3xbows would prevent attacks on me,was I wrong?few th10s farm down there.
