L20 King - L17 Queen
War Hero 450
it's only TH4 so no need to restart. Just think of it as a foundation but remb to max out before you up your TH

just remember its best to max your base before upgrading your town hall, it doesnt matter at the lower town halls as much but once you get to town hall 5 or 6 it should be a no brainer
No point in restarting unless you wanted to change your name or you were a Premmie.
