TH7s need to stop complaining about DE!

Seems like bad advice to me.

It takes 90 minutes to create 3 lightning spells. In that time you could have barched 4-5 times for 500de each time, and bought in much more de for less cost. I got my L5 bk as a th7 and found it was pretty easy, just raiding de storage >400 on offer with barch. Rage spell when needed.

in addition every person you lightning is going to revenge you once you get a bit of de saved up. The number of times I've been lightninged, and then I instantly revenged and turned a profit...

Now this person just describes a much better way farming de. Take notes TH7s.

zapping is the fastest way for getting DE in TH LVL 7

Its not the fastest way but its fast
BARCH in Crystal league with all those exposed drills is the fastest

Back when I was th7 I zapped so I can't tell anyone else not to. The truth is though it's not very effective or efficient. It's often wasted on poor targets ie storage when it's the drills that have the de. It's a long rebuild. Zapping is only a supplement to raiding in my opinion. It's very easy as th7 to find 500+ raids and it's far more efficient. Towards the end of th7 I found that heal spells were far more useful for raiding de.

I get revenged a lot less often then you'd think, and my layout is pretty decent to prevent a DE wipe. Also, anyone revenging me is going to end up getting less DE than I took from them because there is a limited amount to loot.

I've gemmed my BK as TH7, am I a bad boy now?

I'm still zapping (I'm TH8) and stealing resources is what the game is about - if you get the DE by raiding it or by throwing lightning spells on the storage (which is actually better for the defender because you won't get all of it, lol) doesn't matter.

Although I recommend zapping DE only on revenges, because usually the zapped players will most likely steamroll you afterwards

When I was th7 I got bk maxed in a month. I did this by using the strategy below.

12 giants, 10 wall breakers, 40 archers, rest goblins.

Distract with a giant then put 1-2 wall breakers depending on lvl to break walls. Keep doing this until u break open the compartment with the de. Then put archers to clean up mines and pumps on outside so gobs don't get distracted. Then put half your gobs once you are sure they will go to the de. Then drop rest of gobs

Oh no, the TH9/10 I zapped is totally going to revenge me... For <400 de.

Don't zap TH8s if you're scared od revenge.

Obviously I revenge zap..

I didn't "max my BK in the first 2 weeks" because I'd rather build my defense first..
