Aside from none of your posts containing any sort of satirical or ironical humor towards laughing at "low" townhalls, it's just sounds stupid to call townhall 9 low. So with your logic you either are low at townhall 9 or high at townhall 10. So townhall 4 must be so low it's a negative number and a mid level townhall is non existent. You just sound stupid in everything you have written in this thread.

Put that in terms of town halls, with each town hall being an increment of 10.

TH9 would then be 90.

In respect to the situation, 90 is not low.

We aren't looking at numbers 1-100, we are looking at numbers 1-10 and 9 is a high number on that scale.
Definition of high: great, or greater than normal, in quantity, size, or intensity.
Greater than normal would be th 6-10. See how multiple numbers are high, at once?

I am talking about the quality of town hall levels. Not just what number it says.

I thought I had made that evident before. Look in the top 200 and tell me how many are town hall level 9. If there is less than 100 then it must be true that town hall 9 is low. As you have said: High is great, or greater than normal.

Also, you do know that it does not have to be the upper two quartiles that are said to be high. It could be the upper quartile. Or it could be only a select few that are high.

What would you say a high income earner would be? $51,000 is the average income of someone in the USA.
