The correct reason is to build and upgrade your base otherwise u would th1 still wouldn't u as u haven't upgraded anything

We are talking about high lvl town halls, not high level players. There is a big difference. And since wendo cups have to do with th lvl? Gaining trophies isnt the only point of the game for most people. Some people push, farm, or just have fun another way (Just funny raids or war).


High town hall lvl has nothing to do with defenses or other buildings. A th9 can be half the power a th10 has because 9 out of a 10 scale is a high. If there were 20 town hall lvls, it would be low level but we are talking about high lvl town halls with a scale of 10 of them.

Th10 is super high lvl (Why all top players are th10), th9 is high, ad th8
is moderately high. Th6-7 is mid level, and th5 and below are low level.

The value of a town hall is a derivative of the quality of the buildings/troops/everything else available.

if you are talking just about the numerical value f the town hall, then yes 9 is high.
