does the troops gets weaker when you take them from your clanmates

One of my friends noticed that the troops gets slower and weaker when you take them from your clanmates.
Is that treu or false ?

Your friend is either pulling your leg or mistaken, that is false.

It actually depends on the level. If they sent you lvl2 barbarians, the health and damage dealth is different from say a lvl6 barbarian. If you meant troops of the same level then you are mistaken.
