Well in a sense it is gambling, but gambling is luck, for example black jack you need luck, whereas this needs hard commitment. People can donate more in order to get more gems, or they could raid more to get more gems and I can also not see how this can be exploited, the selection of people is random, the only similarity will be the Town hall level. I'm pretty sure no one would want to give away free gems to a random person! and the reward is big enough to make it impossible to tempt you not to win.

I'll go ahead and give you a free bump, but as a long time poster, you should know better than to bump your own thread which you know is against forum rules and to triple post in doing so?
Blackjack takes much skill to win if you've ever actually played it with real money rather than just some online game. If you don't know how to play, good luck with relying on pure "luck".
Gambling, regardless of the skill level to accomplish a win, is still gambling. You can gamble on the outcome of just about everything, full contact sports to friggin' politics!
I already admitted to not reading into the random aspect of it.
This is a game with 13 year olds, and many younger regardless of TOS, who play.
I highly doubt they'll allow gambling in the game.
Interesting and Creative idea, but let it go...

i see what you mean Axion...... Well this is a restricted sort of Gambling, I wouldn't even say Gambling! It is a competition. You pay to enter and the winner gets the total! Lets say you pay money to enter a Tennis Tournament and you play in order to win the money, I would not call it gambling.
