How to report a player that ♥♥♥♥s

I wanted to know how to report a player that has a ♥♥♥♥ed or bugged profile. I was doing my series of attacks and came across his base, didn't like it so i touched NEXT, but it ended up putting a troop on his base. I know i touched the next button. His player name is $--cay--$ I lost 29 trophies because of his ♥♥♥♥ing

Contact support using the in game feature. Press he cog icon --> Help and Support --> Report an Issue --> Other Problem.
