New type of leaderboard. Only skill is allowed!!

I don't like this idea, clash of clans doesn't require any skill gems or no gems, that's why it's such a great game anyone can play it.

Yes, and anyone can still play it. Adding this idea only makes it so people who do want a bit of skill involved can do it on even footing with the many top ranked gemmers.

I never said everyone will stop spending money.

However, the people who are on the current leaderboard spend lots of money. Why would they continue to do so if there was another one where you couldn't spend money?

Furthermore, how does adding this induce people to spend more money?

I doubt many players would want to only be ranked in the number on spot of just one leaderboard. There will still be two leaderboards, and the current leaderboard has a reward for the top three people of the top three clans. It won't discourage them from using the old leaderboard, but instead give them something to do in their free time.
