Okay first go to settings>device> allow installation of applications turn it on. Next go to clashofclanskindlefire.com it will help u from there! (To repay me you can join my clan "The Saibamen)
It wouldn't be hard to implement, just remove G+ functionality and tweak the billing and licence verification from the Android version.
But, then again, you can get it anyway. I haven't tried it myself, but the 2 people above say that claahofclanskindlefire.com works. Thats probably much easier, but generqaly frowned upon by SC and probably breaches the ToS.
I have it running on my 2012 KFHD, but I got it legit from google play, also installed on here. I highly reccomend that you follow the tutorials on androidcowboy.com, because if you have google play then you can get it properly, and boom beach, and most other games. It is quite an advanced procedure, but totally worth it.

Once they release of Clash of Clans on the amazon marketplace I will also be buying the new kindle fire phone. side loading only gives you the game to play (from the start). it doesn't allow you to link your account. and rooting is not an option i'd like to pursue due to problems others have run into trying this.
you can already install this on a kindlefire, just google it.

The only two reasons why that I see is that they need in app purchases for it to be worth it so they have to set it up so you can buy gems through the Amazon market place and kindle don't run google play so there is no where you can backup your game if it's lost
