How to attack a TH 9?

So i am a TH 8, lvl 83, max troops, and almost maxed defense. My clan went to war and got put against a clan with 2 TH 9's... so the question is, HOW DO I ATTACK THEM???

I am the best player in the clan and am the only one who has a chance against them. I've been looking for strategies everywhere, but none look effective against their bases. Before i ask you for strategies, let me tell you a little bit about their bases defense. i'd post a picture if i knew how or i'd tell someone to post a picture of their bases but the clan is from thailand and is called "thailand" (but with some weird thailand language behind it)

#1:
all lvl 10 archer towers
all lvl 11 cannons
mainly lvl 7 walls
lvl 1 xbows(both set for G&A)
all lvl 4 air defenses
lvl 6 and 7 wizard towers
all lvl 7 mortars
lvl 4 clan castle(cc is hard to lure)

#2:
Mainly lvl 8 archer towers
all lvl 9 cannons
half lvl 6 and half lvl 7 walls
lvl 1 xbows(one set for G&A)
2 lvl 2 air defenses and a lvl 3 air defense
lvl 2 and 3 wizard towers
lvl 5 and 6 mortars
lvl 4 clan castle(cc is hard to lure)

if you have a good idea for attacking these bases, please tell me the strategy thank you

But dragons with rage sounds ljke the best bet for the bottom one with weaker air defense

i was thinking dragons for him but i wanted to make sure, but the top guy is still a problem. ill try to post the picture of his base

You're probably not going to get very far attacking a TH9 that's not premie/rushed or brand new to the TH level. I mean you can try mass level 3 dragons with some maxed rage but it's doubtful you'd get more than 2 stars unless that base has a huge huge flaw in it.

These guys are both weak, hogs or mass dragon should easily 3 star if done right.

i have lvl 3 hogs so i guess ill go with that for #1 and mass dragons for #2

If you are maxed this is an easy fight

2 golems
2 pekkas
14 wizards
9 WBs
5 barbs
rest archers

depending on what the first attacks reveal is in the castles, 3 rage, 1 heal or 2 rage, 1 heal, 1 lightning

this is an easy 2-3 star for both. With your maxed troops this should be closer to 3 stars as I use level 1 pekkas and lvl 1 golems

as a TH9 I ust got wrecked by a really poorly executed attack from a TH8. he used 6 level 3 pekkas that stayed excessively outside because he didn't know how to drive with WBs nor did he use golems or wizards. If you are using good tactics with max TH8 troops you'll be in good shape.

I didn't look at those bases but mass drags is sketchy due to low DPS output and vunerability to a good AD layout
