i dont think the re-arm cost is worth what it does.

It can greatly impact the raid, thus it should have a pricey re-arm cost

its not a bad idea, seems like it would be better as a tesla-like trap that would shoot 1-troop freeze spells instead of lightning. or like an inferno tower, and freezing multiple targets.

My personal opinion is that 5 seconds 'slow/freeze' time is too long.

Other than that it seems like a good idea, apart from, you need to add some limit as to what or how much it can slow/freeze. Just imagine a golem walking onto one, or a pekka, it would give the defending side too much of an edge
