I think a good thing to implement would be to lift the limitations on sending clan mail for leaders, and leaders only. Allow them '0' recharge time between clan mails. as a clan leader, I find it frustrating trying to implement ideas or rules on a clan level when I have to wait 8 hours, or get another C.O. to send it for me.

I agree but also find it anoying that you are at least the 20st oster requesting this over he last 4 weeks or so.
Next time, please use the search function to see if the idea already exist before posting ideas.
