My timer of upgrading just won't move 😡

Hi, here is my problem and I hope someone can help me!

My problem is when I was tried upgrading something the timer doesn't move it just stayed there and I can get my upgrades done 😡. I tried uninstalling the app, I tried restarting my internet and I tried restarting my iPad but it still doesn't work. And i never change a single file of the app! So plz can someone help me! Because if this problem consists i cant upgrade my things anymore 😡.

Try canceling the upgrade and upgrading it again. It'll be okay if you lose gold or elixir. You can earn it back! Hopefully this helps!

Which bar?

Green time left bar would be graphical, resource bar could mean your internet is sending data chopily instead of steadily. If the update is ~2 hours or more, it won't move more than a pixels over a long period of time, which is not a bug at all.
