I think that whoever created the clan should be able to choose leader. For example, if I create a clan, and i leave then decided to go back, i can take leader back.

Then you shouldn't have left in the first place, or given leader to someone you can trust to give it back to you...
But what if the person lied to the leader cause they are very young, telling them that they should give up leader for a sec. they should be able to take leader back.

then instead of only Leader, Co-Leader, Elder, and Menber, there should be a founder. the founder should hav the most power even if they are not in the clan
What if the founder is a jerk?
it is his/her clan and they can choose. they can even choose themselves to be leader and if they give it up they can take it back.
Still I don't think this is necessary if it can be prevented by having a trustworthy friend and a smart leader...

You're right, what if the founder's account got h@cked and the h@cker overthrew the leader of the clan he founded and kicked everybody out? Not such a good idea anymore...
