Kicked- inactivity, not attacking in wars, inappropriate language, kicking for no reason, fighting with another member
Donate only what is requested, so if you don't have what someone requests for, don't donate unless they say its okay.
Elders have a 1:1 ratio of donations
Co-leaders have 1.5:1-2:1 ratio
