FORCE THEM TO ATTACK - BEFORE THEY CAN LEAVE
they might only be bad because no one gave them a chance and left? People leaving clans causes the clans to lose.
My clan, we had a 9 win streak, then our next war, several ppl went afk and about3 left = instant loss.
not really fair to lose their attacks, when they got put into our war.
if we could CHOOSE which players to let into the war it would be better.

Just because you can't manage a clan well doesn't mean the game should force people to stay locked in a clan for up to two days. If you want people to participate in wars then you should have an organized clan and you should screen new members. If you just let anyone join and start wars whenever you want, you can't expect everyone to stay. I certainly wouldn't stay in a clan that obviously doesn't know how to war, but I wouldn't know that unless I joined the clan and looked at their bases and watch them attack.
So they'd still be able to be kicked by coleaders etc?
If I found myself in a clan I didn't want to be in and I couldn't leave I would just be offensive and disruptive until I was kicked.
I certainly wouldn't do a war attack.
if you leave and rejoin you can still participate this might mess that up
I wouldn't force anyone in a clan for 48 hours imo its to long, but 24 hours seems fine to me. They do that with clan wars, a new memeber or a person who left a clan during war is ineligible for 24 hours(I have only seen 18). A anti hop system is needed because that person joined the clan with the full intention of hopping away. An example join and leave 60 seconds later.....really. if you found yourself in a clan that you didn't like to bad, you have options to check whose in the clan to see if its the right fit for you.
