Most clashers have had that moment when the are looking at a base and accidently place a troop. there id an easy solution to this...before a raid begins there should be an empty box selected saying "select troops" from that you can select a troop and once u do it will dissapear until you press the next button. tell me what you think.
I do have a problem with looking at a base and placing a troop by mistake... It gets annoying and sometimes the base looks so difficult to get at least a star on it, so its either try... or surrender and lose trophies.
Solution has been suggested before : no default troop selected so if you accidentally touch the map it won't drop troops.
The name of this thread is really misleading....

I haven't had this problem yet, but I do worry sometimes that I may accidently drop a troop on a base I don't want to attack. I have dropped a rage spell outside of the map once, that ticked me off haha.
